Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    These terms and conditions govern the Re-fur a Friend Program ("the Program" ) offered by Nippers Corner Pet Medical Center ("the Company" ). By participating in the Program, clients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Eligibility
    1. Participation in the Program is open to all current clients of the Company.
    2. Referrals must be new clients to the Company and must not have had any prior interactions or services with the Company.
    3. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for participation in the Program at its sole discretion.
  3. Referral Process
    1. Clients may refer friends or family members to the Company by providing their contact information through the designated referral form or by informing the Company directly.
    2. Referred individuals must mention the referrer's name at the time of scheduling their first visit, or display the referrer’s email at check in.
    3. The referral will be considered valid only if the referred individual completes their first visit to the Company.
  4. Rewards
    1. Upon successful completion of the first visit by the referred individual, the referrer will receive a $50 credit applied to their account with the Company.
    2. The $50 credit for the referrer is only applicable to in-hospital visits.
    3. The referred individual will receive $50 off their first visit with the Company.
    4. The $50 discount for the referred individual is only applicable to in-hospital visits.
    5. Rewards are not transferable and have no cash value.
    6. The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue the reward structure at any time without prior notice.
  5. Limitations
    1. Referrers are limited to receiving one $50 credit per successful referral.
    2. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated by the Company.
    3. The Company reserves the right to void referrals and rewards if it determines that they were obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms and conditions.
  6. General
    1. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    2. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
    3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
  7. Email Communication
    1. By participating in the Program, clients consent to the Company sending an email on their behalf to the referred person for the purpose of introducing the Company's services.
    2. The content of the email sent to the referred person will be determined by the Company and may include information about the Program and the referring client.
    3. Referred individuals have the option to unsubscribe from further communications from the Company at any time by using the link provided in the email.
    4. The Company will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Company's website.

By participating in the Program, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
